Any purchase made on the TASER Law Enforcement Online Store will be shipped to your agency. Access to this store is restricted for use only by sworn law enforcement officers with explicit purchasing authority for their agency within the following states:

All purchases made through the Law Enforcement Online Store will be subject to standard TASER International Terms and Conditions.
By submitting the form below, you confirm that you are an authorized purchasing agent for your agency. All submissions will be reviewed by TASER International before access is allowed. Please allow 3-5 business days for completion and distribution of store login credentials. To expedite the access request process, please use your direct agency contact information (such as email and phone number). Please note that validation of agency tax exemption status may require contact by TASER International to acquire tax documentation.

Florida: Exemption Certificate required DR-14, otherwise tax is charged to state agencies. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
Georgia: Payment must be made by government p-card or check
Indiana: Exemption Certificate required – ST-105. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
Iowa: Exemption Certificate required – Form -31014. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
Kentucky: Exemption Certificate required – Form 51A126. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
Maryland Agencies: Please submit a Maryland issued exempt certificate. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
New York Agencies: Please submit EITHER form ST-119.1 - Exempt Organization Exempt Purchase Certificate -OR- A letter from the NY State Department of Taxation and Finance stating the agency is exempt. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
New Jersey Agencies: As a ST-5 certificate is not issued to Federal and New Jersey agencies, proof of exemption is government purchase order or contract and direct government payment.

North Carolina : Must have state issued P.O. showing their exemption number on it

Pennsylvania: Exemption letter issued by the State of Pennsylvania of exemption must be provided
South Carolina: Taxable
Virginia: Must receive Form ST-12. Email documentation to [email protected] Attn: Tax Documentation
Washington: Taxable
Agencies in Rhode Island, Washington D.C., Alabama, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin No forms required. Payment must be from government agency, not in the form of a personal check or personal credit card.
